ergocode.dev is run by Cinergetik OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 16165393), Meistri tn 14, Tallinn 13517, Estonia, hello@cinergetik.com. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
Ergocode is a concept
Ergocode is a technology startup concept and a product concept at the conceptual stage. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a product, and no product is for sale here. The designs, specifications, features, prices and dates shown are concepts that may change or may never be made. Cinergetik may develop Ergocode further, with strategic partners, depending on demand. The information is provided as it is, without any promise that it is complete or will stay the same.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist adds your email address to a list run by Cinergetik OÜ, so we can send you Ergocode news, updates and offers. It is not a pre-order, a reservation or a commitment by you or by us. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email from us. How we handle your address is described in the privacy policy.
Investors and partners
The "Register your interest" form sends a message to Cinergetik OÜ. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities, and it creates no obligation on either side. We read every message and may not reply to all of them. Please don't send confidential information through the form.
Content and rights
Everything on this site, including the Ergocode logo mark, the designs, renders, drawings, texts, video and code, belongs to Cinergetik OÜ or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright, design rights and other intellectual-property rights. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce or modify, distribute or use its content for any other purpose without our written permission. Nothing here grants you a licence to any of it.
Links to other sites
The site links to PromptlessDemo.com, a service of Cinergetik OÜ, and may link to other sites. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply there.
Liability
The site is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, Cinergetik OÜ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the site or from relying on its content, and does not promise that the site will be available or free of errors at all times. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The current version, with its date, is always the one on this page.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. Disputes are settled by the courts of Estonia, with Harju County Court as the court of first instance, without prejudice to any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
