Who we are

Ergocode is a product concept managed by Cinergetik OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 16165393), Meistri tn 14, Tallinn 13517, Estonia. Cinergetik OÜ is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@cinergetik.com.

What we collect, and why

The waitlist. When you join, we keep your email address, the time, the IP address and browser identification your submission came from, and the exact consent text you saw. We use them to send you Ergocode news, updates and offers from Cinergetik. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting your address and confirming it.

Joining works in two steps. We send one email with a confirmation link; your address is not on the list until you open it. An address that is never confirmed is deleted eight days after it was entered.

Marketing about Cinergetik's creative services. Only if you tick the box, we keep the same details on a second list and use them to send you marketing about Cinergetik's creative services, including PromptlessDemo.com. The legal basis is your consent. The two consents are separate: you can withdraw either one without affecting the other.

Messages from investors and partners. If you use the "Register your interest" form, we keep your name, email address, organisation, how you described yourself, your message, the time, and the IP address and browser identification of the submission. We use them to read your message and, if we choose to, reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries about Ergocode. Nothing is sent to you automatically.

Technical data. Our hosting provider records the requests the site receives, including IP addresses, the pages requested and the time, for security and to keep the site working. These records are kept briefly. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure site.

The bot check. Both forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs only when you use a form and tells browsers from automated scripts. Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser and connection for that purpose, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. It counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifying you: it records page views with the page, the country, the type of device and browser, and the site a visit came from, and uses the IP address only briefly, to tell visits apart for a day, without storing it. The page that confirms a waitlist address is not counted. The product video is played by Vimeo's player, which loads only when you press play, with Vimeo's do-not-track setting, so it sets no cookies; while it plays, Vimeo's privacy policy applies. The utm tags that some links to PromptlessDemo.com carry tell that site where a visitor came from; they are not stored on your device by this site.

Who processes data for us

• Vercel hosts the site, runs the forms (servers in Frankfurt, Germany, for the forms; a global network for the pages) and counts visits.
• Supabase stores the lists and the messages, in a database in Frankfurt, Germany.
• Resend delivers the emails we send, from hello@cinergetik.com.
• Cloudflare provides the bot check on the forms.
• Vimeo hosts and plays the product video, when you press play.

These providers act on our instructions under data-processing agreements. Where one of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer rests on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist and marketing addresses: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. After that, we may keep a record that consent was withdrawn, so we don't contact you again.
• Addresses never confirmed: eight days after they were entered.
• Messages from investors and partners: up to two years after our last contact about them.
• Technical records: briefly, as set by the hosting provider.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us for a copy of your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable form. You can withdraw a consent at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or write to hello@cinergetik.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before.

If you believe we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or to the supervisory authority where you live.

Changes

When this policy changes, the new version appears here with its date. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you by email where we can.
